“We booked this tour weeks in advance, and they never showed up to our hotel in Vienna. We even prepaid for the trip. My wife was hugely disappointed and that we did not even receive a phone call or an email to inform us that no one would be picking us up. They’ve indicated we will receive a refund, but we are waiting on that. Found out later, that this happens frequently. You would be smarter to find a way to take the train and do the tour yourself.”

“In general the tour was as expected. The driving was very safe but a little congested. We would prefer a bus with more space. Tour guide Lidia was funny and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the weather was not really good, raining on and off. Tour guide Natasha had a lot of information to provide but we wished the tour is longer. We rushed through the city with a lot of information to consume. There was an event in Salzburg with a lot of crowd which made our time there rather messy. But this is nobody’s fault. Maybe next time when we are in Europe we will spend more time in Zalsburg…”
