“We purchased the Big Bus Tour with the 4 attraction pass including the Chondron Palace tour. We were not informed that we still to get the tickets and fall in line for hours and so there were a lot of time waisted and not able to use what was on that package. The reason we prepaid this is to avoid waisted time and there’s a lot of miscommunication here including the Big Bus operators. I wouldn’t use Viator next time.”
