“The ride was very enjoyable. We choose Bratislavia. Budapest driving was a little crazy and the driver to no fault of his had to drop us off at the front of our hotel quickly. His name was Atello. We accidentally forgot an item in his car. He came back to the hotel a few days later asking for nothing in return.”

“We were picked up from our hotel on time, however, the driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal and wrong airline. Even after I asked before departing the vehicle if we were being dropped at British Airways. Due to a knee injury during our trip, my ability to get around was limited and the extra amount of walking and navigating an unknown airport was not how I wanted to start my day at 5:15 AM. I reached out via the text confirmation about this situation and didn't hear back. Would not recommend.”

Review of a private Vienna to Salzburg transfer with four hours for Hallstatt, Melk, Dürnstein, St. Gilgen, or other scenic stops.
“The experience is not as described. Our driver didn’t share any knowledge of sites and had never traveled to one of our stops. Car was not adequate to hold luggage as described. This trip was basically an Uber driver with 2 stops. Not worth the money. Management didn’t care that the driver didn’t explain not 1 site along the way. Management just said, “that wasn’t their experience”, and in a round about way suggested I was not being truthful, even though I had a family that all said the same thing, the driver didn’t say a word of rich knowledge.”
Review of a private Vienna to Prague hotel transfer with an English-speaking driver, flexible stops, luggage help, comfort, pricing, and booking tips.
“The driver did not speak english. The driver did not bring the van in front of the hotel but left on street where we had to drag our luggage. The driver dropped us off 1/2 block from hotel on the other side of the street. Very poor service.”
