“The Viator Folks had the wrong time so when I thought I arrived a half hour early, I was actually about 15 minutes late to the concert. Also, my husband got sick and couldn't attend so no money back for that either. The musicians and the venue were wonderful.”

“The reasons I give 3 stars are the following two: 1. There should be detailed directions and photos for the meeting point as well as for the opera building. Otherwise it's very crowded place and hard to figure it out . 2. The concert was a joke. The floor was not inclined and the chairs were aligned back to back. As a result you could not see anything. I left in less than 5 min. If you ask me if I would do it again the answer is No.”

We travelled using the Metro to Schonbrunn and the Orangerie was straight in front of the station. Only thing that wasnt clear was on our booking it tells you what your ticket gives you access for with a tick or a cross and we thought we had 2 free drinks,a souvenir programme & free cloakroom, this needs to be clearer in future .Definately would recommend this event”

“Really cool experience getting to hear some of Mozart’s classics in such an iconic setting. The concert was very accessible — even as someone who rarely listens to classical music, I found it really enjoyable and well paced. The venue (Musikverein) is stunning, with incredible acoustics and beautiful design. The process of getting tickets was pretty smooth, and it was pretty easy to navigate once inside (other than the surprise intermission which was unclear). Definitely recommend it if you're visiting Vienna — even if you're a classical music beginner!”
